Hong Kong Pet Expo 2025/2026

I served as a lead to organize the booth for my former company Petmento Ltd. in the Hong Kong Pet Expo 2025 and 2026. Duties include leaflet redesign, membership card design, foamboard backdrop and signage design, souvenirs ordering, communicating and ordering from printing and supply companies, organizing for logistics, directing the booth and event on site, and even welcoming guests. We successfully gained more than 2000 new members in these 2 events.

Membership Cards and Benefits:

In Pet Expo 2026, we decided to giveaway free pet toys to newly signed up members, and we distributed them through the trendy "blind bag". Therefore, I designed a tote bag for it and put the toy inside. We separated the bags into 3 different catagories: Dog Toys, Cat Toys, Others.

We also prepared 10 water fountain machines as grand prizes. People who found the gold card inside the tote bag would win the prize.
